Thank you for all your kind comments. 

We will try and raise awareness of the Health Authority's FP69 deduction system which caused a patient to rate us unsatisfactory. This happens when patients do not respond to a Health Authority address check or screening/immunisation requests. We also try and contact the patient but we are not allowed to reject the deduction unless we have managed to make contact within the 6 months. Thus a patient can get automatically deducted from our list.
