Friends and Family Test 2019/20
The Friends and Family Test is a feedback tool that you can use to suggest improvements or encourage the staff at the Abingdon. It is available as a Paper copy available in Reception and through SystmOnline, Mjog or this web site (see Home page). Please ask at Reception for further details.

| One feels already welcome once one is greeted at the reception by that helpful , professional staff. My Dr. , Dr. A. Raby was as always very professional , listened to my issues and ran me trough different options as well as explaining everything in detail. I feel privileged to be one of his patients and am very grateful. Thank you! |
| Dr Kilduff is an excellent GP; the practice is well organised & appointments are usually available within a reasonable time. Online booking & prescription services much appreciated. |

| The reception staff are excellent and friendly. The system of booking an appointment is rational and effective. If there is anything urgent a doctor will call you back and/or you can get an appointment on the same day. My only hesitation is there has been so much staff turnover that I no longer have a main doctor and I don't know who most of the new doctors are. More communication on that front would be helpful to old timers like myself. |
| The receptionists are so friendly and very efficient and try to find appointments in crowded schedules. Each doctor I have seen has treated me with both good manners and care. As an intelligent adult, I appreciate not being patronised and my age of 74. Only criticism - turnover of doctors. |
