Friends and Family Results

Every month we need to submit at least five items of feedback for the Friends and Family Test (FFT). This is available as paper print outs in Reception and also on the SystmOnline and the Practice websites. Due to a shortage this month we texted all the patients who had been seen in the first 2 weeks of October. Thank you for your amazing response, it is lovely for the staff to get such positive feedback. The FFT is a quick easy way to feedback any ideas you might have on how we can improve the service we provide.

| Have been with this practise many years and have been very ill. I have recieved very good help from the GPs over rhe years |
