Community Corner March Posted or Updated on 11 Mar 2024

What we got up to in February

As part of our ongoing partnership with the Chelsea Physic Garden, we started the month with another wonderful tour of London's oldest botanical garden, located right on the Chelsea riverbank. Our monthly art event this time focused on painting still life, and the following week we shared cake and coffee over puzzles. We ended the month feeling relaxed and mobile after another chair yoga session led by Gigi.

We were particularly excited this month to partner with psychological wellbeing practitioners from NHS Community Living Well Talking Therapies for a workshop all about maintaining wellbeing. Ellie and Rahul ran an informative and engaging session, and those who braved the rain to attend came away with invaluable insights. We look forward to our next workshop with the Community Living Well team in a few weeks' time to learn about getting a good night's sleep!
