THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY TEST RESULTS (APRIL, MAY, JUNE and JULY 2017)
|Everything is very efficient, especially at Reception - paper
|Friendly helpful surgery, everyone does a great job.
|Focused consultation and specific actions
|Dr Jacks is the doctor I usually see and she is phenomenal. She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I could not ask for better care. This is an excellent practice.
Great confidence in my GP.
As the practice is very well managed all the nurses and receptionists and doctors are very good and it is an excellent practice.
Because the nurses and doctors are all very good helpful and caring
Excelent Doctor Pontuality Cleaness Extremelly polite staff
Every one is so polite and very helpfull, the Doctors are very kind and they don't rush you out like they don't have time for you.
It is easy to make appointments with the friendly reception staff and the GPS are very good and call back when requested. It is always pleasant to attend appointments there.
Excellent and friendly reception and doctors
Doctors are cery helpful and knowledgeable. They care about your health and try their best to help you.
They were very kind and efficient. Valentina was great as usual.
Dr Sarah wells is one of most compassionate and caring doctors I have come across in the Nhs!
The doctors are excellent and the staff extremely helpful
All Receptionists are warm and helpful and eager to help in anyway possible
Without Dr Corbett here it is difficult to get appointments with female GPs that are long enough to address multiple medical problems. Male GPs answer on gynae issues was odd & needs addressing as pain has been intense for months during which the departing Dr Corbett diary was understandably full. The transition of Dr Corbett's patients in general has been (is being) badly mismanaged. When Ann is away reception staff accessibility is v. poor.
Splendid Reception Staff
Helpful, responsive, expert health care.
Actions and Feedback
Thank you for all the encouraging comments. We will try and keep it up.
We too will miss Dr Corbett but we still have 1 female GP partner one female GP covering till Dr Corbett's replacement starts in October and 2 female locums covering for Dr Jacks while she is on maternity leave.
To raise patient awareness we will write a staff update in the Autumn newsletter.
